ASAP Overview: As a Recruiter/Interviewer at b-spokes Deliveries, you will play a critical role during our busiest period by identifying, attracting, and hiring volume drivers for our delivery operations. You will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of the skills and characteristics needed for our positions and engaging candidates from application through to onboarding. You will be working to demanding requirements and should thrive in a collaborative environment. Your work will consist of conducting multiple daily interviews, assessing applicants' CVs, obtaining/chasing documents, and making offers through to the first day, ensuring the candidate experience is exceptional. We are looking for someone who is highly energetic and organised who has experience in high-volume interviewing for entry-level/blue-collar positions. Key Responsibilities: Screen, book, and interview multiple candidates each day. Manage the candidate experience from application through to onboarding. Collaborate with colleagues and wider teams to ensure continuity of recruitment/HR processes & compliance. Manage candidate tracking systems and other recruitment platforms both internal and external. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Make and issue offers and see them through to the first day, including being responsible for all administration involved. Work to KPIs. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience as a recruiter or similar, with key criteria of working with high volume interviews/vacancies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Ability to assess candidates effectively and make hiring decisions. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools/platforms. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
