Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) Greater Manchester Area Salary:

Peripatetic + home based - Greater Manchester Area Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor with Case Management experience? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a well-established, nurse-led Occupational Health company offering bespoke services to a diverse client base. This role is based around Greater Manchester with travel to client sites one day per week and working from home on other days undertaking Case Management. This role allows you to work independently while being supported by a collaborative team. They take pride in their supportive, quality-focused culture and aim to create an environment where team members can grow and thrive. The Role As an Occupational Health Advisor, you'll:

Provide a comprehensive range of OH services on-site for clients Conduct health assessments, surveillance, case management, and promote health and wellbeing Manage a maximum of

3-4 cases per day , giving you time to prepare detailed, personalised reports Travel between allocated client sites Ensure timely, accurate completion of health records and documentation Your Profile Experience:

Previous Occupational Health experience is essential as this is an independent role, supporting an allocated client group. Attitude:

Highly professional and hands-on. Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (NMC pin) with no restrictions, OH Degree or Diploma (preferred but not essential). Travel:

Must be able to drive, with own vehicle and be prepared to travel to client sites as required (approx. x1 per week). Skills:

Strong communication, autonomy in practice, and effective workload planning. Knowledge:
