Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including Recruiterflow, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking sites. Talent Pool Management:
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job opportunities. Digital Marketing:
Create and manage digital campaigns to advertise job vacancies and enhance brand visibility. Utilize social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates. Leverage analytics tools to optimize digital recruitment strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and provide support in the hiring process. Administrative Support:
Handle candidate screening, interview scheduling, and maintaining accurate candidate records. Compliance:
Ensure all activities comply with company guidelines and industry standards. What We’re Looking For: Experience:
Skilled and experienced in digital marketing. Familiarity with the staffing and recruitment industry.
