To regularly monitor approved vacancies on the TRAC system, review and apply next steps as appropriate (advertise, chase documentation etc). To link all vacancies to ESR in line with service requirements and timescales. Send and manage TRAC communications relating to the moving of vacancies through the recruitment process from Advertising to Interview Outcome. Build rapport and strong working relationships with hiring managers to coordinate a smooth process for allocated vacancies. To coordinate the communication with candidates throughout the advert to interview stages to provide updates, reschedule interviews and manage expectations of next steps and timescales.
