This role is based in our Clacton office About the role: Anglian Care are looking for a recruitment administrator to join our team and assist with the onboarding of new staff members. You will work closely alongside our Workforce and Community Lead to deliver a robust recruitment process, which includes consistent communication with new starters and assistance with pre-employment checks. Your duties will include: Support with candidate selection Being responsible for aspects of office administration activities whilst being reactive to the recruitment needs of the business Communicate with applicants via phone calls and email, ensuring highly effective communication Assistance with recruitment campaigns on social media and in the local community Assist with pre-employment checks, including DBS applications and requesting references Assisting with creating and maintaining up to date staff files Successful candidate will: Be able to prioritise workload Be flexible and adaptable Have excellent communication skills delivering brilliant customer service.
