DN Colleges Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic recruitment team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering a professional administrative service, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of recruitment processes. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our recruitment system, Networx, and providing exceptional support to both internal and external stakeholders. Scope and Purpose of the Role: To be a key member of the recruitment team, providing comprehensive administrative support. To manage and maintain the recruitment system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. To offer procedural advice and information as required, contributing to a responsive and customer-focused recruitment service. Essential Criteria: Experience with administration systems and proficiency in computer software packages, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams. GCSE English and Maths or equivalent. Ability to organise, prioritise, and meet deadlines. Strong communication and team-working skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work independently. Desirable Criteria: Willingness to work towards an appropriate level HR qualification. Membership of the CIPD. Experience in HR work and using recruitment systems. Daily Responsibilities: Building relationships cross-functionally; you will support assigned business functions and curriculum areas in completing the recruitment process. Inputting, processing, and maintaining recruitment and candidate data on our ATS (Networx). Providing administrative support for the recruitment service, including managing multiple email accounts, creating and sending recruitment documentation, processing checks through multiple online platforms (DBS and Occupational Health checks), and responding to telephone enquiries. Supporting the Talent Acquisition Specialist with the end-to-end recruitment process by arranging interviews, offering candidates, completing safer recruitment checks and liaising with hiring managers to provide updates. Raising purchase orders through the groups finance system as required. Offering note-taking support for meetings and recruitment activities. Ensuring all communications reflect the values and principles of the College. Participating in project work and continuous professional development as required. Additional information: 30 bookable days of annual holiday, plus public holidays and two weeks at Christmas. 7th January As part of the recruitment process and in line with keeping children safe in education, we will conduct social media checks on shortlisted candidates.
