Recruitment Administrator

to join the business. This position will be based at our Head Office in

Your day-to-day tasks will be to support the Recruitment Manager in delivering an excellent candidate experience and meeting staffing levels required to support the business. Your role will include: Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and updates. Support the development and implementation of recruitment initiatives to attract top talent. Promote new opportunities via job boards. Collate availability of candidates. Support with ad-hoc administrative duties. If you have the following qualities & experience, please get in touch: Previous experience in recruitment, either in-house or with a recruitment agency. Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone. Ability to manage multiple workloads. IT literate.
