Working as part of the Recruitment Department, the post holder will be responsible for conducting BS7858 background checks on prospective Showsec workers. Additional responsibilities include ownership of engagement initiatives, ensuring candidates are provided with support and information at every stage of the recruitment process. Collaborating within a fast-paced department, the post holder will work in close partnership with the Recruitment Team Leader, Recruitment Manager, and other Product Resourcing departments to ensure daily goals & staffing level KPIs are achieved. What you will be doing

Conducting BS7858 background checks, including the review of DBS certificates and adverse financial records. Handling all sensitive information with confidentiality, processing securely and in accordance with GDPR regulations. Investigating and resolving discrepancies identified in background checks. Carrying out appropriate screening for internal role changes. Maintaining regular engagement with candidates, offering support and assistance where required. Managing the jobs mailing list, ensuring prospective applicants are contacted in a timely manner. Gathering feedback from new starters and sharing insights with relevant teams. Working to achieve daily volume targets and KPIs set by the Recruitment Team Leader and/or Recruitment Manager, ensuring maximum success is achieved. Occasionally assisting the Recruitment selection team in shortlisting applications, reviewing interviews, and organising right to work checks. What Showsec can offer you
