12.00pm till 3.00pm (Mon – Fri) but remaining flexible to work longer or different times to meet job demands and client needs. Dynamic Resourcing Services Ltd has been established for over 15 years and specialises in Recruitment and Workplace Support, providing services to local, regional, and national blue chip clients. Due to high demand within our Industrial, Commercial, and Facilities Management client recruitment needs, we are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our Dynamic Operations Team. Purpose of Job:

This position is responsible for the coordination and servicing of client contracts for the Company’s Recruitment Services Desk – Temporary Division. Full on-the-job training can be provided to the right candidate. Duties and Responsibilities: Work will be based at office / remotely from home. Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, and their work culture and environment. Building temporary worker and contractor candidate availability and maintaining the database including live temp and contractor base. Attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and clients. Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question. Booking jobs, communicating arrangements to client and both Temporary & Contract Workers. Organizing daily and weekly plans for job. Booking and checking staff in. Maintain and update operational run desk on a daily basis. CRM Administrative support. Lead generation organically wherever possible. Achieve results within time restraints. General office administrative duties. Any other duties as instructed by Senior Management within the scope of this role. Work Experience / Skills: Ideally, working experience with primary responsibility for Resourcing/Recruitment Administration within Operations functions or from Recruitment Industry background. Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Emails and Internet. Reliable and trustworthy. Confidence. Verbal and Written Skills. Organisational Skills. Good opportunity for career progression on a long-term basis.
