Recruitment Administrator - Fixed-Term Contract (6 Months)

Salary: £25,000 pro rata Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) Location: Nottingham City Centre We're looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our clients team in Nottingham on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for recruitment and HR to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications. Assisting with pre-employment checks and onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires. Maintaining accurate recruitment records and databases. Providing general administrative support to the HR team as needed. About You:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) would be desirable. Previous experience in recruitment and HR. Strong administration skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
