As a Recruitment Administrator, you will proactively collaborate with candidates and team members to ensure that all candidates are compliant and ready to work within a reasonable timeframe, aligning with our time-to-hire KPIs. You will play a vital role in welcoming and onboarding candidates efficiently and smoothly. Every day you will… Screen and virtually interview applicants. Onboard candidates, ensuring a smooth and speedy process. Be an expert in the onboarding journey, ensuring candidates are happy with their experience at Bank Partners. Ensure candidates have completed all required processes, including payroll and system setup, and are provided with all mandatory items for their first Bank Partners placement.
