Recruitment Administrator

to help us find and onboard the best talent out there while keeping the paperwork in check and the smiles flowing. What’s the Role About? Imagine a role where you: Be the onboarding guru:

Help new hires feel like part of the family from day one. You’ll prepare offer letters, contracts, and make sure all the compliance boxes are ticked. Stay compliant:

Collect right-to-work checks, references, DBS checks—you’re our go-to for keeping things legit and professional, for both our clinical and non-clinical candidates. Master the HR system:

Add new candidates, keep records tidy, and make sure the data stays as sharp as our dental tools. Be the glue:

Keep hiring managers and candidates connected and happy throughout the process. What Makes You Perfect for This Role? We’re looking for someone who: Has

superhuman organisational skills

(or close to it). Has experience onboarding new candidates. Loves a checklist and gets a kick out of ticking every box. Knows their way around emails, spreadsheets, and HR systems—or is eager to learn. Can keep their cool juggling multiple tasks and deadlines. Brings great energy to the team and loves chatting with people, whether it’s a nervous candidate or a busy hiring manager. Is a
