We are looking for a full time recruitment administrator to join a central people team in Swindon until May 25. Based:

£12-£14/hr What will I be doing? Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, learning safer recruitment practices in the education sector. Write and manage vacancy advertisements and respond to communications from candidates. Ensure the careers website provides accurate information on all vacancies and that relevant documents are up to date by liaising with the Digital Media & Marketing Lead. Track applications, prepare shortlisting and interview packs, and invite candidates for interview in a timely manner. Post to social media platforms to promote vacancies. Coordinate references for candidates and make follow-up calls to referees as required. What do I need: Highly organised with excellent administrative skills, able to work harmoniously and efficiently under pressure. Ability to prioritise and work accurately with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, particularly in drafting correspondence and responding to queries. Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel; ideally with experience using databases. Able to build effective working relationships and work well as part of a busy Central Services Team. Good research skills to improve service and candidate attraction. Flexible, with a ‘can-do’ approach and the ability to work independently while keeping calm under pressure. Full, clean driving license.
