Recruitment Administrator - Home based remote working - £12.50 per hour - 30 hours per week over 5 days

Recruitment Administrator

looking to aid a growing team with expertise and drive. You will be systematic and skilful in prioritising and switching to appropriate roles throughout your day. Administration experience adhering to procedures is essential.

*Please note that although this is a remote working opportunity, we are ideally looking for someone based in Surrey, Hampshire or West Sussex to be able to attend team meetings when required.*

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Manage the department shared inbox.

Assist the recruitment process from vacancy request through to onboarding using the ATS.

Manage candidate records and ensure data accuracy in ATS system.

Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and follow up calls to applicants as appropriate.

Provide clerical assistance for both internal and external recruitment campaigns.

Responsible for the onboarding of new hires, contracts of employment and necessary pre-employment checks.

Manage the department's PO/Invoices.

What you'll bring:

Proven administration experience.

Attention to detail.

Excellent organisation skills and the competence to switch between tasks.

Knowledge of social media and job boards.

Good IT experience, especially MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Interpersonal skills to build rapport with applicants and Recruiters.

This role is Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week.
