Your new company Working for a social housing company based in Exeter. This temporary role is required for 3 months and the position allows someone to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. 35 hours working week. £20.28 per hour is the pay.

Your new role Provide a professional recruitment advisory service, managing efficient and effective campaigns that meet the expectations of individual recruiting managers. Provide advice on the most up to date but also most appropriate methods of sourcing candidates, both internally and externally, for each vacancy. Support and coach managers, ensuring the correct application of recruitment policies and procedures. Follow up with managers to identify what went well and where there is opportunity for improvement. Seek to continuously drive down costs without compromising the quality of campaigns. Seek to maintain a medium-term horizon of forthcoming recruitments, providing sufficient opportunity to plan with relevant managers. Develop a clear knowledge of the business, including the content of key strategies and business plans, to maximise effectiveness as an internal recruitment advisor. Promote Guinness' employer brand at every reasonable opportunity. Manage campaigns effectively including tailoring job adverts; organising recruitment open days; developing positive professional relationships with recruitment agencies; short listing candidates and managing the Guinness talent pool.

What you'll need to succeed We are looking for someone who has previously worked as an agency or inhouse recruiter managing vacancies end to end - advertising, stakeholder engagement, screening candidates, arranging interviews etc. and must be immediately available due to the urgency of the role.
