We have an exciting opportunity to hire a Recruitment Advisor on a permanent and fulltime basis. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for all Business Support vacancies. You will have experience in the end-to-end recruitment process (from approval to hire to offer management) and conducting interviews for a variety of positions at all levels of seniority. You will ideally have relevant experience from the legal sector or other professional services firms. We may also consider someone from a legal recruitment agency background. Job summary

We would like to hire a Recruitment Advisor on a permanent and fulltime basis. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all Business Services vacancies for the London based Recruitment team which is part of the wider HR department. Administrative support will be provided by the Recruitment Coordinator in relation to interview scheduling in particular and the offer paperwork/screening process. Main duties and responsibilities

Working alongside the Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Coordinator, ensuring a collaborative and consistent approach within the recruitment function and always maintaining the highest level of service to all stakeholders and best practice. Assisting with the promotion of our employer brand throughout the firm internally, as well as to the external market. Acting as the main point of contact for all direct applicants and external recruitment agencies in relation to the roles that you have responsibility for. Working with hiring managers to identify skill sets; where required, testing the validity and comprehensiveness of job descriptions. Briefing agencies via email/telephone on vacancies (including holding agency briefing calls with the hiring managers for certain vacancies when required). Utilising direct hiring methods including (but not limited to) online advertising, firmwide referral scheme and LinkedIn. Conducting initial screening and reviewing CVs for suitability. Advising on selection tools (including online testing and case studies). Holding competency-based interviews with the hiring managers. Establishing and maintaining excellent internal relationships with key stakeholders in our Business Services functions, hiring managers and regularly updating them on the progress of vacancies. Developing and maintaining relationships with business services recruitment agencies, including providing updates on role pipeline. Providing feedback to direct applicants and agencies with diplomacy and in a timely manner. Supporting and where necessary challenging hiring managers constructively on selection decisions at interview and offer stage. Highlighting visa applications and related immigration processes in line with the Home Office regulations to the wider HR team where applicable. With the support of the Recruitment Coordinator, overseeing the offer documentation process and ensuring screening/referencing requirements are met. Any other related duties including liaising with the relevant HR Business Partner at certain stages, updating on recruitment activity at team meetings, recruitment/interview related training when required and assisting the wider HR team with market/salary data on Business Services roles. You will have experience in the end-to-end recruitment process (from approval to hire to offer management) ideally within the legal sector or other professional services organisations. We may also consider someone with a legal recruitment agency background. You will also have experience of conducting interviews for a variety of positions at all levels of seniority. Proficient in MS Office (specifically Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Other skills required:

Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent administration, organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage time efficiently. Motivated and pro-active with a ‘can-do’ approach. Ability to interact with people at all levels. Calm and efficient under pressure. Flexible with regard to time and duties. Ability to work within a small and busy team. Good attention to detail; accurate and thorough.
