Recruitment Advisor
on a 10-month fixed term contract. This position is a full-time, office-based role, working Monday to Friday, just north of Petersfield. This is an excellent opportunity to truly make a difference in an organisation with exciting growth plans, and you certainly won't be bored in this role as no two days are the same! Some of your duties will include: Reviewing candidates and CVs Carrying out video interviews to screen candidates Headhunting for roles using various sourcing platforms Promoting the employer brand through job fairs, recruitment, and other networking events Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders Responsible for the running of assessment and open days Previous recruitment experience is essential; pure resourcing or recruitment would be considered. You will have fantastic organisational skills, be IT literate, and be able to work well under pressure! In return, our client is offering a salary of GBP27,000 plus bonus and some fantastic benefits, including 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and on-site parking, as well as free hot drinks, soft drinks, fruit, and snacks!
