Recruitment Advisor / Recruitment Lead A fantastic opportunity has come available for a Recruitment Advisor / Recruitment Lead to join this Christian charity to take responsibility for driving their recruitment activities across the UK. The successful candidate will ideally have strong recruitment experience (external or internal) and will work with the Head of HR to develop their talent acquisition plan and deliver upon their recruitment objectives. You will work closely with internal managers to deliver on the short and long term recruitment goals, ensuring there is flexibility to be agile as the situation requires. You will be responsible for the talent pipeline for the charity, sourcing candidates through networking, social media and other partnerships as well as working with internal colleagues to promote the charity which would include physically representing the organisation at exhibitions, conferences, job-fairs, Christian festivals and through church visits – this is very much a relationship management role in addition to recruitment. Responsibilities will also include designing, drafting and finalising job descriptions (with support from HR Administrator) working with the hiring managers, advertising roles, screening candidates, preparing interview materials and arranging interviews as well as supporting and coaching recruiting managers though the recruitment process to further develop best practice. And there is much, much more! In addition, this role has a GOR under the Equality Act of 2010 for the post holder to be a committed Christian and agree with the charity’s ethos and mission. The role can be home based (anywhere in mainland UK) with travel to their head office in the North for up to 2 days every fortnight, or can be based in their Yorkshire offices. Salary range between c£25k to just under £29k + substantial pension + other benefits (inc. great holiday). The role is offered on a full time basis. Would you like to know more?
