To identify and grow a local network of employer partners and agencies who can provide suitable employment opportunities for MAXIMUS customers within a defined geographical area. Working on behalf of customers to source specific employment opportunities, and match ‘job ready’ customers to live vacancies from new and existing employer partners. Working in a collaborative manner with both external and internal customers to minimise duplication of effort, and support a best in class customer experience.

Salary Range:

Non-London based candidates = £26,000 - £29,000 London based candidates = £28,600 - £30,800

Responsibilities:

Developing a local network of employers, and agencies who can offer suitable employment opportunities for our customers

Sourcing opportunities with new employer partners, using automated search tools, regional data and local knowledge

Establishing employer/agency relationships and working with Regional Account Managers to identify significant growth opportunities

Matching ‘job ready’ candidates to ‘live vacancies’ from new and existing employer partners

Sourcing suitable ‘job ready’ candidates using automated search tools, and close working with local EA community and other internal colleagues

Supporting Regional Account Managers to source suitable candidates for large scale recruitment campaigns on behalf of employers

Source and share market insight/feedback from employer partners/agencies to support the LMI analyst role

Performing a personalised job search based on a customer’s skills, experience and aspirations

Coordination of the recruitment activity specifically with the management of the client vacancy, e.g logistics, cv submission, timing of interviews, local briefing information, in conjunction with the supporting EA

Work closely with internal colleagues (e.g Business Managers, Employment Advisors, and Resource Specialists) to ensure customers meet the expectations of employers, and are fully prepared for the transition into work

Understanding of site caseload job requirements and ensure that both employment, and candidate pipelines are aligned in detailed forecasting of future opportunities

Support internal teams to better prepare customers through a shared understanding of job specifications, and requirements

Ensuring a clear audit trail by recording activity within our CRM, and other MAXIMUS systems

Ensure compliance with MAXIMUS policies and procedures, so as to achieve nil compliance issues from audit

Achieve individual and team targets to support wider MAXIMUS success

Support new staff through work shadowing, buddying or generally being on hand to answer questions and provide assistance

Minimum Requirements:

Previous work experience in a commercial recruitment/sales environment, including cold calling/telesales

Proven success in achievement of sales related targets in a high performance culture

Microsoft office & internet-based applications – intermediate level

Performance and delivery focused – proven track record in exceeding stretching sales/performance targets

Clear communicator, good listening skills and a persuasive style with an excellent telephone manner

Self-starter with strong planning and organisation skills

Enjoys working on their own and as part of a team

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Values and supports continuing professional development

Calm, rational and objective in all situations
