You will be sourcing candidates for a project and working with hiring managers to ensure criteria is met. How you’ll make an impact… Developing a local network with agencies who can offer suitable candidates for current vacancies Matching candidates to job criteria and arranging interviews (recruitment process) Assist with onboarding Ensure vacancies are filled within the set time frame Support HR Lead with administrative tasks What do you bring… Experience in recruitment (manufacturing) is highly advantageous Strong communication and negotiation skills.
