Recruitment and Compliance Administrator Up to £25,000 DOE Full time – Permanent Our client,

dedicated to supporting others and making a difference, is currently seeking a methodical and forward-thinking

Recruitment and Compliance Administrator

to join their HR team. As a

Recruitment and Compliance Administrator , you will play a vital role in the HR team by supporting recruitment processes and ensuring regulatory compliance with relevant

laws and regulations. Duties will include: Collaborate closely with

internal and external teams

to monitor company capacity and assess recruitment needs. Maintain relationships and communication

with recruitment agencies regarding current needs and any shifts in strategies. Monitor and manage the email inbox efficiently,

addressing enquiries promptly

and accurately. Create and post advertisements

for vacancies, actively source and screen candidates directly. Participate actively in meetings, contributing insights and suggestions, providing continuous improvement initiatives for internal

recruitment and compliance

processes. Coordinate and support throughout the pre-employment and

onboarding phases. Manage compliance records

meticulously, ensuring timely updates of expiration dates for DBS checks, right-to-work verifications, and professional

indemnity insurance renewals. Conduct rigorous

right-to-work checks

as per audit schedules, including professional body and licensing checks with external organisations. Ensure strict compliance with requirements and

uphold high standards

of safer recruitment practices. Generate detailed weekly recruitment reports on

Excel

and provide reports to the team lead upon request. A successful candidate will have/be: Previous experience in a recruitment or compliance role is required. Excellent

communication skills,

both verbal and written. Proactive and positive mindset, with a solution-oriented approach to challenges. Ability to work well under pressure and

handle multiple tasks

simultaneously. Strong problem-solving

and decision-making skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adept at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Detail-oriented

with a focus on accuracy. Strong proficiency in using CRM systems and

Microsoft Excel. A collaborative team player

with the ability to work independently when required. If you are
