RECRUITMENT AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER MAIN TASKS Source and screen applicants Schedule and carry out interviews Maintain accurate employee records using a Single Central Register. Process accurate weekly staff lists. Archive all centre recruitment documentation and chase outstanding compliance documents. Update summer staffing document accurately. Comply with GDPR and Data Protection regulations, as well as our accreditation guidelines. Respond to Recruitment email and telephone enquiries Respond to all queries using a customer-orientated approach. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA Over 6 months of administration experience. Basic Microsoft Excel skills. Demonstrable ability to learn quickly and multitask. Strong and professional communication skills. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment. Proficient time management skills. High level of attention to detail. Ability to use discretion when handling confidential personal information. Eligible to work in the UK and 18 years old or over. DESIRABLE CRITERIA Relevant undergraduate degree Previous experience of managing a large inbox Previous compliance experience Knowledge of safeguarding students under 18 years old. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Enthusiastic team player Ability to work in high-pressure environment Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment Excellent work ethic Discretion. KEY FACTS Based in Burchetts Green, Berkshire. Hybrid Working Reports to Recruitment Manager 37.5 hours per week with one hour unpaid lunch Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00.
