Job DescriptionRecruitment and Engagement ChampionAs a Recruitment and Engagement Champion, you will be a vital member of our dedicated Key Players team—the (mostly) office-based staff who ensure the efficient running of our organization. Your role will be instrumental in attracting, recruiting, and engaging Care Professionals to maintain our high standards of care.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Care Professionals, ensuring we attract high-quality candidates.Engagement: Foster a positive and engaging work environment for our Care Professionals, encouraging retention and job satisfaction.Support: Provide versatile support to other Key Players with a range of responsibilities, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.Training: Complete your Care Certificate with us, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the Adult Social Care sector.The RoleOversee all recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and Franchise Standards.Create and implement creative recruitment campaigns online and in the local community.Manage the entire candidate experience to ensure it's positive and engaging.Source high-quality candidates using various methods.Build and maintain local community networks for candidate sourcing.Enhance our social media recruitment strategy with innovative content and campaigns.Use market and competitor knowledge to develop unique selling points and differentiators for the company.Plan and execute community events such as fairs, exhibitions, and recruitment events.Assist with candidate selection.Keep recruitment information accurate and up-to-date using the SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Use recruitment data to inform strategies.Maintain an Employee Referral Scheme for Care Professionals.Optimize recruitment tools and stay updated on best practices.Meet recruitment targets.Ensure compliance with Home Instead’s Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities policy.Perform other duties necessary for business success.Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.QualificationsRequirements:Excellent communication skills.Confident, self-motivated, and able to build strong community relationships.Experience in using various methods to attract high-quality candidates.Knowledge of candidate screening and selection processes.Ability to use recruitment data to inform decisions.Flexibility to work outside standard hours (9-5, Monday to Friday) as needed.Willingness to participate in a weekend working rotaWillingness to deliver care when necessary.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Office, and able to learn new technologies.Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with accuracy under pressure.Team player who is self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient.Desirable CriteriaPrevious experience of delivering a responsive end to end recruitment service.Experience of recruitment marketing with knowledge of preparing and managing recruitment campaigns.Experience of recruitment event organisationGood understanding of legislation relating to recruitment including Enhanced Criminal Record checks, referencing and Right to Work checks.Experience in marketing and advertising.Additional InformationYou will posess these competenciesDriving ResultsResilienceCustomer FocusAdapting to ChangeInfluencingPlanning & OrganisingTeamwork & CollaborationCommunication & Relationship ManagementLiving Home InsteadAgile LearnerIf you want to work for a business who make a real difference to someone’s life and be a pivotal part of our team, we would love to hear from you.Home Instead are committed to equal opportunities and welcome a broad diversity of talent to apply.Things to consider The role will be subject to a DBS checkIt is ESSENTIALbe a driver with access to a vehicle insured in your name with Class A Buisness Insurance. for more information.Like and Follow us on Facebook - search "Home Instead Salford"
