Recruitment and HR Administrator

to support our dynamic team of consultants and our diverse portfolio of clients. As the

Recruitment and HR Administrator , you will be a key member of our team. You'll play a vital role in providing HR and administrative support. Salary is up to £24,000 depending on experience, and your working hours are Monday to Friday 9 – 5:30 with the opportunity to work on a hybrid arrangement after a successful probationary period. We are committed to supporting your personal development and career progression, including opportunities to advance into an advisor/consultant position. Key Responsibilities in your new Recruitment and HR Administrator role include: Act as the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate consultant. Greet candidates, manage registration documentation, and verify identification. Maintain and update our database with candidate, client, and vacancy activity. Prepare and place job adverts on various platforms, including social media. Resource candidates for temporary and permanent roles using our database and online tools, assessing suitability and availability. Assist with pre-employment checks, referencing, and timesheet management. Support consultants with preparing CVs and correspondence for clients. Manage and update the ‘Breathe HR’ system for clients, ensuring compliance with service agreements. Support with the preparation of employment documentation. Organise and schedule interviews, liaising with consultants. Handle general office duties such as filing, ordering supplies, and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors. We’d love to hear from candidates who have: Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with experience in administration or customer service. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Confidence using systems and tools, or a willingness to learn.
