If so, we're looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as an Associate Recruitment Consultant, working out of a central Bath location office. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client needs and identify top-tier candidates. Utilize various sourcing methods to attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit for available positions. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in our recruitment database. Assist in the coordination of interviews and communication between candidates and clients. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Enjoy talking to people on the phone and via MS Teams. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Desire to learn and grow within the recruitment industry. Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus but not mandatory.
