We are now looking for a friendly and professional person to join our recruitment team as a Recruitment Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for helping our team to fulfil recruitment projects by conducting detailed candidate searches on databases/LinkedIn etc., and contacting potential candidates about suitable job opportunities. There will be a great deal of desktop research involved in this role, as well as conducting interviews and screening phone/video calls with candidates. The role will be busy and varied, with the potential to develop into a full Recruitment Consultant role in the future! Key Responsibilities:

Conducting detailed candidate searches to client briefs on recruitment databases, including LinkedIn. Growing jobseeker network by connecting with/reaching out to potential candidates who may be suitable for our job opportunities. Conducting initial screening calls with prospect candidates via phone/MS Teams. Managing the candidate registration process and the candidate meeting calendar. Managing candidate email correspondence and booking meetings/Discovery Calls. Ensuring that all candidate administration is completed as required on our CRM. Answering the telephone, taking messages and ensuring that all customers receive a first-class service. Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role (either face to face or office-based), with a clear and professional telephone manner. Adaptable, able to learn quickly and good general IT skills. Personable, enjoys meeting and building rapport with new people. Excellent English language skills (both written & verbal). Educated to at least A-Level standard ideal. UK driving license and own transport. Able to work in Banbury town centre at least 3 days per week (hybrid working available).
