£27,566 What you’ll be doing:

Communicate updates promptly to recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and agencies Oversee billing and clocking reports, addressing discrepancies and queries with attention to detail Deliver high-quality customer service, responding to supplier, team, and stakeholder enquiries and escalating as needed Provide advice and support with minimal supervision, following procedures and exercising judgement when necessary Analyse data, identify trends, and present it to meet reporting requirements Manage personal performance standards, SLAs, and quality measures while effectively multi-tasking Your skills and experiences:

Experience in a recruitment support or coordination role, ideally within high-volume or contingent workforce environments IT Proficiency, especially with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Understanding of HR policies and processes, with the ability to provide ad-hoc recruitment advice when needed Experience working within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and delivering on service expectations Benefits:

The Contingent Labour Team:

As a Recruitment Associate, you will be a key member of the Contingent Labour Team within the Recruitment Operations function at BAE Systems. Reporting to the Contingent Labour Team Manager, you’ll collaborate with functional and operational teams to provide an efficient recruitment service in a dynamic, complex manufacturing environment. The role offers exposure to various business areas, with opportunities for career progression. You will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring queries are addressed within agreed SLAs, and work closely with Recruitment Operations Specialists to achieve recruitment objectives.
