In this role, you'll work as part of a team of 7 Recruitment Partners who focus on recruiting for Practice Managers, Dental Nurses and other employed roles. You'll be a key business partner to the Practice and Operations Managers in your regions, offering advice on recruitment best practice and sourcing strategies, sharing market knowledge, and delivering an end-to-end recruitment service through to offer stage. You'll be an advocate for, and promote the Portman Dentex ‘employer brand’ across multiple channels and embody the brand in interactions with internal and external stakeholders, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience, and identifying talent in the market through direct sourcing. Skills and Experience Required
We welcome your application to our Recruitment Partner role if you have the following skills and experience: Providing an end-to-end recruitment service in an agency or in-house role (ideally both!). Experience working in candidate short markets. Comfortable with high volume and managing multiple vacancies at different levels. Experience of working within a fast-paced, progressive environment. Organised approach and comfortable with volume, with a sound attention to detail and an ability to deliver to deadlines. Comfortable with business-oriented social media.
