SMarter Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Care Recruitment Consultant to join the team and provide their expertise within the business on its journey of exponential growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years recruitment experience in a Care environment, preferably in the Health or Social Care sectors. The company can offer progression opportunities within the business, and also a competitive bonus structure paid on a quarterly basis on top of your basic salary. Duties and Responsibilities:

The role will be extremely varied and duties will include: Working within the Care Recruitment desk and team Account Management Searching for candidates through job boards and social media Advertising vacancies Filling Care Worker shifts on an internal shift booking system (Flo) Candidate Right to Work compliance/administration (Including DBS) Completing reference requests Organising inductions and registrations Interviewing candidates Communication between agency, client and candidate Supervising internal Training delivery On call phone support (alternative weeks) Ideal Candidate Qualities:

You will need to be experienced and be able to demonstrate during an interview that you have the following qualities: An understanding and experience of Care Work in a team Take responsibility Communicate with clients and candidates both written and verbally Manage your own workload Work towards set targets Be organised Attention to detail Confident and engaging Working under pressure Resilience Empathetic The Company:

We are a recruitment agency based in Newcastle-under-Lyme and serving nationwide clients. Our Care Desk is providing care assistants and care workers into elderly residential homes. The company is offering progression within the business. With recruitment experience, we specialise in delivering high calibre candidates to our clients. We are an innovative and family orientated team that is also supportive and will provide full training in our processes. We are based in the town centre of Newcastle Under Lyme. Our office hours are between 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Job Types:
