Recruitment Co-ordinator (12 Month Maternity cover) , you will work to nurture applicants from the point of initial application to the day they take the keys to their own pub business. You will work closely with the recruitment manager and operations teams to administer the recruitment process, in line with statutory regulations. You will join a close-knit team, with great team spirit who support each other in their day-to-day roles. Job Description This advert will close on the 31st December 2024 Your role as Recruitment Co-ordinator To nurture the applicant journey from initial contact through to appointment approval. To effectively co-ordinate the recruitment process in line with statutory legislation, the Pubs Code. To work closely with the Operations Team to understand their recruiting requirements and needs. To support the co-ordination of targeted recruiting activities in line with recruitment plans and strategies. To maintain and regularly report on key recruitment metrics, such as applicant numbers, number of pubs recruiting, etc. What you’ll bring… Experience with (phone) candidate screening and evaluation. High level of IT literacy with sound Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience of data management and CRM systems. A passion for people, pubs, and customer service excellence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Organised and methodical with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Takes personal ownership and accountability. A people person who is a strong team player, with energy and enthusiasm, supporting colleagues and encouraging and instilling best practice. #LI-RS1
