Role The focus of the role will be the recruitment of mid-to-senior level staff within the Life Sciences sector across the US. You will be assigned a specific functional area in which you will be expected to become a highly regarded specialist and market expert. Using a variety of business development techniques, you will generate new business opportunities and manage the sales and recruitment life-cycle from start to finish. You will work closely with new and existing clients to build long-term relationships that result in billing opportunities for yourself and other team members. Negotiation of contracts and business terms with both clients and candidates. You will be responsible for finding and selecting suitable candidates for your vacancies using a variety of candidate generation techniques such as advertising, database searching, social & professional networking, referrals and head-hunting. You will help prepare candidates and clients for interviews and will manage subsequent job offers to ensure desirable outcomes for all parties. Working as part of the wider sales team, you will work in accordance with company procedures such as following sales process, updating database systems and sharing information for the best interest of the company. You will contribute to the positive, team-orientated company environment. Skills & Experience You will have had previous experience in a 360 recruitment position. You will have extremely strong client-facing communication skills and will be an exceptional relationship builder. You will be a highly organised problem-solver. Knowledge of the Life Sciences sector is desirable, but not essential. You will be able to demonstrate using practical and personal examples the competencies identified in the Competency Framework document.
