Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Aberdeen. This role is ideal for someone with a background in agency recruitment who is eager to transition to an in-house / hybrid agency setting. OBM People focuses on the delivery of outstanding recruitment services to both our parent company and a wide variety of clients based in the UK and further afield.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Utilise various recruitment channels and techniques to attract top talent. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and progress. Support workforce planning and talent pipeline development. Effective client and contractor management. Preferred Qualifications: Full UK Driving Licence Relevant industry experience Experience working with Tracker ATS REC Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing (CertRR) or Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP) Demonstrable experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success. Working knowledge of energy market recruitment needs including key disciplines, roles and responsibilities. Innovative, self-driven and forward thinking with a passion for customer service. High levels of attention to detail with strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written. Effective influencing and negotiating skills. What We Offer:
