We work with some great employers on a lot of high quality recruitment roles in the professional sectors, but this one really is a bit special. A fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping to build (& lead) a new brand in the Scottish market, but part of a leading global recruitment group with huge resources and a focus on investment in growth.

This is a perfect fit for a talented, collaborative, charismatic Accountancy & Finance recruitment professional with strong market experience in Scotland, who is looking for something genuinely different along with un-rivalled future career development opportunities.

With an above average level of ambition and commitment, you'll be a key person in the team, helping to build a new brand that's backed with all the resource and support they could possibly wish for. With a core Scottish leadership team already in place, you'll join them to help create something really exciting to help change the market in Scotland.

This is a key role in a new team, building on this global brand's reputation, expertise and resource to establish a new presence in the Scottish market (alongside another more established, very successful UK office).

If you have a reputation and background of success in the Accountancy & Finance sector in Scotland, with a level of drive and ambition that matches their own, they are ready to invest in you and, accelerate your career progression and earning potential as a result.

As well as a global footprint and the career development opportunities that could result, they offer a very attractive basic salary to match your experience (c.£35,000 DOE), plus a leading commission and benefits package with all the goodies you would expect from a business of this size, including hybrid working, health insurance, enhanced leave, family friendly policies, etc.. However, the career development opportunities (and earning potential) are the shiniest bit of all.

While all our client roles are handled with discretion this one really is confidential, so if you feel this one could be for you, we need to chat as there is a lot more to share. So, get in touch with Hazel Gillespie as soon as you are able.
