every step of the way. Collaborate with
HR
to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Provide
administrative support
to the People function, driving continuous improvement. Take a
proactive approach
by identifying and addressing opportunities to prepare the business for growth. Requirements Proven experience in a recruitment role. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Excellent relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates and internal teams. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
