Swarm Training is working with the S4S Team in their search for a Level 3 Recruitment Consultant apprentice. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in joining a dynamic, supportive, friendly and fun team environment in a rewarding industry.

About S4S Team

S4S Team are a specialist dental recruitment agency. They provide locum (temp) dental nurses and hygienists to dental care providers across the north and midlands, who are short-staffed and need specialist dental staff to cover and enable them to be able to treat their patients.

Their management team brings together a wealth of both dental and recruitment expertise. Over the last 6 years, they have built up a strong reputation for working to their company’s core values of honesty, integrity and always working in an ethical manner.

Responsibilities and Duties

Sourcing and selecting candidates

Thoroughly reviewing candidate CVs

Screen and shortlist candidates by assessing their suitability for the role

Ensuring compliance processes have been carried out on all applicants. This includes checking qualification certificates, submitting DBS check applications and submitting Right to Work verification checks

Using S4S’s online rota system and app to organise locum dental nurses' weekly rotas and electronic timesheets

Admin duties such as data entry, organising electronic candidate files, sending candidate/client emails and data collection

Answering telephone enquiries

Get involved with Business Development and helping to grow new business

Working Week

Working hours will be from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You will be required to be in the office for three days per week, with the option to work from home for two days.

Requirements and Qualities

Honest and reliable

GCSE or equivalent Maths and English at Grade 4 or above

GCSE or equivalent in ICT at Grade 4 or above (Desired)

Dental Nursing qualification (or experience in dental nursing apprenticeship) (Desired)

Training Information

Training will be with us – Swarm Training, a national provider of apprenticeships throughout the UK. The successful candidate will work towards the Level 3 Recruitment Consultant qualification, this apprenticeship will take between 12 - 18 months to complete with assessments.

The apprentice is required to complete a minimum of 6 hours per week during working hours, working towards achieving the qualification. A tutor will conduct training sessions once a month, where the apprentice will be allocated tasks to be completed during working hours.
