As the Recruitment Consultant, you will work 2-3 days a week and be responsible for: Sourcing candidates using CV searches, job boards, social media, and internal database. Matching job seekers with employers. Identifying potential candidates, conducting initial screenings and interviews, and presenting qualified candidates to clients. Conducting required vetting checks. Assisting with negotiating job offers, salary, and other terms. Coordinating interviews, maintaining strong communication with both hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth vacancy closure. Consistently updating and maintaining profiles on the company CRM system. The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience and excellent customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of the education or healthcare industry is desirable.
