Quanta Contracts are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Construction Recruitment Team in Bedford to assist with day-to-day recruiting operations.
We are a family-run business, providing Trades/Labour & Management solutions nationally to the Construction industry for over 20 years.
The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with job opportunities. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Utilise a variety of platforms and tools to attract candidates. Achieve individual and team targets in a supportive environment. Conduct Right to Work, qualification and compliance checks. Obtain feedback from clients. Deal with general queries relating to contracts & pay. Work alongside our team of consultants.
What We're Looking For We are seeking motivated individuals with: A passion for working with people and building relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Resilience, determination, and a drive to succeed. The ability to thrive in a team-oriented, sales-driven environment. Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous experience in recruitment is preferred but not essential.
What We Offer 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays. Up to £27,000 per year starting salary plus commission incentive. A permanent position within a supportive team. Continuous Professional Development. Opportunity to progress into a senior consultant role. A social & exciting work environment.
