Generalist Recruitment Consultant

to join our passionate team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting exceptional talent with leading organisations, shaping the workforce of the future. Your responsibilities encompass the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates to building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. You'll be at the forefront of industry trends, conducting in-depth candidate assessments, and facilitating negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Your expertise will contribute to the strategic growth of both our candidates' careers and our clients' organisations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Talent Acquisition:

Source, identify, and engage top-tier candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events. Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Interview and Assessment:

Conduct thorough candidate interviews, assess qualifications, and evaluate potential cultural fit for both candidates and clients. Market Research:

Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor landscapes to provide strategic insights to clients. Negotiation:

Facilitate salary and contract negotiations between candidates and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Qualifications / Experience: Minimum Level 2/GCSE English and Maths qualifications Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role. Strong understanding of the Industry and current market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Seniority level
