to join our clients in the
West Midlands . If you have a background in 360 recruitment within the construction sector and are looking to further your career, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in construction roles. Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Conduct market research to understand recruitment needs within the construction industry. Drive business development through networking, cold calling, and relationship management. Achieve and exceed KPIs and targets to maximise commission potential. Provide a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience
in 360 construction recruitment. Proven track record in achieving recruitment targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to recruitment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. A positive attitude and a passion for the construction industry.
