Your Responsibilities: Support the branch in achieving budgeted and non-financial targets Develop and maintain relationships with clients Identify and pursue new business opportunities Generate new business through cold calling Arranging and attending new client visits Manage and improve service levels for client accounts Achieve agreed targets, both financial and non-financial Ensure compliance with employment legislation Your Experience: Proven track record of growing and retaining business Experience in developing team members Good knowledge of the recruitment market in Lancashire Ability to attract and recruit candidates to meet client needs Experience of managing clients Proven success in winning new business To APPLY, please submit an updated CV with accurate contact details and we will be in touch.
