Join The Recruitment Co. as a Recruitment Consultant at our well-established Blackpool branch to develop and grow a warm desk that supplies Temporary staffing solutions to clients within the Industrial and commercial sector.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant in Blackpool will include:
Produce vacancy and booking profiles alongside well-written adverts to attract the best talent. New Business Development and Client growth. Outbound sales calls. Re-engaging lapsed clients. Sourcing applicants, matching them to roles available and potential future talent pipeline. Working to KPI's and understanding your sales pipeline. Production, implementation, and execution of basic sales plans. Understand market share, competitors, opportunities, pipeline contingency, pricing, future actions, and control mechanisms to ensure you are achieving budget expectations. Continual increase of productivity and sales activity to achieve year-on-year growth of sales revenue, margins, and profit ensuring an exceptional fulfilment rate for client service levels working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant. Regular weekly client visits and drops, so ideally you will be a driver with access to a car. Best practice administration and record keeping.
