Recruitment consultants we need you! Holt Engineering Recruitment are currently looking to expand the team and we are looking for recruitment consultants or engineers with sales experience looking to change career.

We have multiple roles working on different areas. If you have experience of working in manufacturing or engineering recruitment then we would love to talk to you. We would also like to talk to you if you have thought about getting into recruitment and have the ability to confidentially talk to people on the phone and face to face.
As a recruitment Consultant you will: Build long lasting relationships with clients to fill their vacancies Contact potential candidates through calling, email, text, LinkedIn Place suitable candidates into relevant companies Use computer databases Write/format CV's, job descriptions, job adverts Collate temporary workers hours And all other duties to successfully build a client and candidate database. Basic salary is dependant on experience and targets set, but with annual bonuses, and a very generous commission scheme your earnings are realistically between £45,000 and £80,000.
