We're looking for two enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Consultants to join our client in the Bradford area! If you have 1-2 years of recruitment experience, particularly within a fast-paced, high-volume industry (temp desk), we want to hear from you!
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with great earning potential. While prior experience in driving recruitment isn't essential, a passion for learning and growing in the sector is key.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment desk Source and place candidates across a variety of roles Build and maintain strong client relationships Work towards targets and earn commission Continuously develop your skills and knowledge in the recruitment industry
What We're Looking For: 1-2 years' experience in recruitment (temp desk experience is preferred) Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Motivation to learn and grow in the driving recruitment sector A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
