A Medium - large recruitment firm based in Brentford is looking for a recruitment consultant to join their team. They are based locally to a train station and offer a great benefits package. Job Description As a recruitment consultant, you will place suitable candidates into schools to meet client requirements in order to achieve revenue in line with corporate and personal goals. Support and assist job seekers in finding their ideal job within schools. Develop and manage client and candidate relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards. Meet and exceed targets. Act as a support pillar to your team. Carry out welcome calls with candidates once they are interviewed by the Resourcing Consultants, assessing their skills, strengths, and attributes. Also, update job preferences, preferred locations, and reassure them that you will find them a job. Build ongoing positive relationships with candidates. Monitor responses/applications received from candidates and ensure that the candidate's applications are processed efficiently.
