We're looking for an enthusiastic

Recruitment Consultant

who is looking for a rewarding career in Education recruitment. You will support the expected culture aligned with legislation, company values and achieving success in line with target requirements… this all sounds exciting, but most importantly we want you to have fun whilst doing it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Recruitment Consultant

Resource relevant candidates for your clients and forward plan ensuring that you have enough candidates of various disciplines to support your desk pipeline. Proactive Business Development and Account Management with candidates, potential talent and clients/Schools. Ensure the full process of compliance and onboarding is actioned including management of clients/candidate timesheets, 'Right to Work', safeguarding, screening etc. Achieve results with your productivity and sales targets for an exceptional fulfilment rate of candidate and client service levels. Keep up to date on relevant legislation, competitors, and local knowledge. Adhere to standards and processes related to compliance and Safer Recruitment Practices. Report to Managers on improvements, findings, and terminated contracts monthly. Manage complaints according to company policy and deliver any feedback to both schools and candidates in a professional and effective way. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work protocols at all times. Attend events and site visits when required.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - Recruitment Consultant Previous experience in a Recruitment role would be desired. Have knowledge of the education sector, understanding regulated requirements including safeguarding & DBS policy and procedures. Experience in Sales or Customer Service environment is essential. Effective time management, multitasking and workload management skills, with the ability to work towards set goals, targets and meet deadlines. Excellent rapport building. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to communicate through various platforms; email, phone, technology, online. Strong presentation skills.
