As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting this vision by ensuring the recruitment process aligns with the institution's ethos and values. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Attend meetings and events at various sites, sometimes at short notice. Uphold high expectations in all activities, aiming for excellence in our communities and environment. Promote equity of opportunity by fostering inclusion, removing disadvantages, and combating discrimination. Manage diverse work demands, from routine duties and strict deadlines to spontaneous enquiries and situations. Operate within agreed processes and procedures, applying discretion and judgement within authorized limits. Utilize an electronic recruitment system (ERS) for all recruitment administration, updating applicant information, and maintaining communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Offer advice and guidance on recruitment and HR-related systems and processes. Provide HR administrative support and professional advice for recruitment and selection-related activities across several academies. Ensure all procedures are accurately executed in line with organizational policies, Department for Education guidance, and relevant legislation. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential. Strong administrative skills and proficiency in HR and recruitment systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Benefits:
