What You'll Be Doing
Building strong relationships with clients and drivers, understanding their needs and matching them perfectly. Sourcing top talent - finding, interviewing, and placing the best candidates in roles they'll love. Developing new business - creating opportunities by introducing our services to new clients. Visiting clients to strengthen relationships and ensure their staffing needs are met. Managing the full recruitment process, from first contact to job offer and beyond.

A natural communicator - you love speaking to people and building connections. Sales experience (B2B or B2C) and a results-driven attitude. A strong work ethic - motivated by success and meeting targets. Customer-focused mindset, always striving to deliver an outstanding service. A team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
