Working as a Recruitment Consultant, you will be joining Think Trevor James, an accountancy practice recruitment business that has seen successful growth over the past 2 years.
The current desk has had some development; however, we are now looking for someone that has worked as a Recruitment Consultant to take control of it and develop it to the next level! The way the desk continues is up to you and what you put into it; however, we can guarantee that we will support you in the journey. Whether that's to stay billing successfully whilst continuing to build great relationships with clients and candidates, or you want to create your own team, we will support you on that journey also.
We're looking for someone that has experience and knowledge of working as a Recruitment Consultant. We don't necessarily mind what industry or sector as full training and support will be provided; however, previous exposure working on a temp or perm desk is essential.
