The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant focusing on the Building Services Contract Desk, you will: Utilise our extensive database and industry network to identify and place contract candidates into technical roles within building services. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions. Source, screen, and match candidates to contract opportunities within building services consultancies and M&E contractors. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiation, onboarding, and aftercare. Proactively develop new business opportunities and grow the existing client base. Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, specifically placing contractors into technical markets. Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with building services or related technical sectors is highly desirable. Skills:
