We are an award-winning social care provider on the lookout for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic People team. This role is pivotal in driving our recruitment strategies and ensuring we attract top talent. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills, a deep understanding of human resources practices, and proficiency in recruitment technologies. Your responsibilities will include engaging with Managers to understand their needs, building a robust pipeline of candidates and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from lead generation to candidate placement. Duties To develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. To maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS). To generate leads through various channels, including networking events and industry contacts. To develop relationships and collaborate with Managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. To manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding. To develop and implement effective and comprehensive hiring strategies aligned with organisational goals. To work in conjunction with the marketing team, to utilise social media and professional networks to source candidates. To coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events. To prepare and present detailed reports on recruitment activities, outcomes and KPI's. To ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. To continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. To embed fair and ethical recruitment principles into policies and management systems. To source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and headhunting. To analyse recruitment metrics, to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements. To conduct screening assessments to ensure a strong match between candidates and service needs. To support the recruitment team in achieving targets and driving overall performance. To provide exceptional candidate experiences to ensure engagement and satisfaction. To line manage and act as a mentor to junior staff, sharing best practices and strategies for success. To stay updated on industry trends and best practices. What we're looking for in a Senior Recruitment Consultant: Must have a minimum of 3 years' recruitment experience. Proven experience in the recruitment agency sector. Strong knowledge of ATS systems such as Dayforce. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. CIPD Level 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, positive, and resilient personality. A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Proficient with recruitment software and online recruitment tools. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to ethical recruitment practices. Team Management experience. Demonstrated ability in relationship management and client engagement. Experience in lead generation techniques to identify potential candidates.
